Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced a similar issue, and to kindly request assistance from an Amazon Australia moderator if possible.

Our FBA shipment containing 500 units of our product was delivered to the Amazon Fulfillment Center on March 8. We have confirmed proof of delivery from the carrier, yet the shipment has still not been checked in, and it has now been over 6 weeks.

We've contacted Seller Support multiple times (Case ID: 2999050723), but continue to receive templated responses stating the shipment is not yet eligible for reconciliation. Given the confirmed delivery and the extended delay, this situation is unacceptable and is now severely impacting our business operations.

We’ve followed all proper protocols and have been patient, but at this stage, we need real answers and immediate escalation.

Can a moderator please assist in escalating this issue internally?

Has anyone else faced similar FBA check-in delays with Amazon Australia recently?

Any advice or support from the community or Amazon team would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

how do we process multi quantity order? I cannot fit them in one box. it has to be 2 different box but amazon easy ship creates only 1 label. how do we ship the other box?

We would love to be able to store our product in Amazon's refrigerated facilities, and use their fantastic distribution network.

We don't necessarily want to sell on Amazon, but we want to use their distribution network.

Hi there, I have registered to sell on Amazon Australia and North America (Amazon FBA). When I log in to my account, I can access four stores: Australia, Canada, the US, and Mexico.

I have already created a product listing for Amazon Australia. Now, I am planning to sell the same product on Amazon FBA Mexico.

Do I need to ship my inventory directly to an Amazon fulfillment center in Mexico myself, or is there an option to transfer stock from my FBA inventory in another country?

Do I need to create a separate product listing for Amazon Mexico, or can I use the same listing I created for Australia?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Wondering if I should include the shipping cost into product price, to make the product free shipping, this is easy for customer. But this has the problem that I have to set the highest shipping cost, for some customer in metro area, that's too expensive.

I have an Amazon USA FBA account and recently opened an Amazon Australia FBA account to sell to local customers. I ordered products from China and shipped them to Australia, but when customers order from my Amazon Australia account, it shows that the products are being fulfilled from Amazon USA. How can I fix this issue?
