Product shows defective

I have few sku needed some documents, before I send all my products become inactive, same time i have sent this products for FBA, After submitting all documents this put of 5 3 products become active and rest 2 gone into defective products, I am after amazon last 30-40 days no proper response , they send me photos of porcuts after lots of calls and email, all products looks perfect no defective, still they not acting anything and my porcust is out of stock now, what can be done in this. I m really desperate for this problem to be solved.
