I am writing to seek clarification and assistance regarding the repeated rejection of my product listing application under the specified category (gl_grocery products). I aim to sell my branded product, but each submission has been unsuccessful despite providing all required documentation.

I keep getting the same answer.

"-- We cannot accept the invoice that you provided because we are unable to verify the transaction with the supplier. Documents must be authentic and unaltered to be verified."

I have attached the following documents in addition to the invoice.

** Authenticity declaration from the company issuing the invoice.

** Notarized signature statement of the authorized person who signed the invoice.

** Shipping labels showing that the products were shipped to Amazon US warehouses on behalf of our company.

** Also requested product pictures and legal declaration statement

I have been trying to solve the problem for a long time, but the problem still persists.

Please help with the problem.

I was on sell global and looking at European marketplaces, It said registration incomplete so I clicked on a link saying continue, it asked me to log in with my amazon password so I did and it took me to a UK marketplace store. like it just created one for me so I logged out of that and now I am back in my original store and it says in setting I am registered in 11 different European marketplaces for a professional selling plan. I have changed the plan for those marketplaces to individual. how do I make sure I won't incur any charges and if I need to how do I get rid of these new stores.

Hi there! my Amazon Australia seller account remains Inactive despite completing all verification steps.

I only sell in Australia, and my AU debit card is valid – Amazon is successfully charging me FBA storage fees for my inventory stored at BWU2.However, my listings are still inactive.

When I contact support, they tell me to fix my payment method – but how is Amazon able to charge my card for fees if there’s an issue with it?

I only sell in Australia, but the system is forcing me to add a card for Amazon Mexico, which I don’t operate in. My AU card works fine, and my inventory is stored at BWU2, ready to sell.

I’ve reached out multiple times with no resolution. This is seriously affecting my small business. Please help escalate @Seller_5zI0wsS66MHFL

Dear Amazon Support Team & Respected community

Case 3000912383

I have difficulties with the finishing account registration in Australia.

The link they are sending me for identification shows an error : " Not found. The page you requested was not found."

I'm selling my PL product on USA + Canada since 2016. USA account registered on USA company and on email #1

I'm trying finish Australian pending registration from my UK account registered on UK company and email #2. In UK I'm selling from 2020

So the instruction they sending me says follow link and to select "United States."

When I choose  "United States."  - it says " Continue registration"

I already have USA account on USA company and on email #1 where I sell my product almost 9 years

Creating second USA account I believe it is against Amazon policy

But If I choose "Australia" - the system shows an error : " Not found. The page you requested was not found."

I did called Account Health department - they said need to choose "Australia". They saw the screenshot with error and don't know how to help

Has anyone else experienced this issue? What could be possible solutions?

Missing GST Collection on Orders – Amazon AU

Hi there! I am inquiring about the GST collection on my Amazon Australia (FBA) orders. I have noticed that my Payment Reports do not show GST being collected on most of my orders. However, based on my understanding, Amazon is supposed to collect and remit GST on my behalf since I have not provided an ABN/GST registration number in my Tax Settings.

I have checked my Payment Report, but I do not see a clear breakdown of GST collected, except for a few transactions where "sales tax collected" is recorded. Additionally, some of my orders to New Zealand show GST deductions, but similar deductions are not visible for Australia.

Could someone please clarify the following:

Is Amazon correctly collecting and remitting GST on my orders to Australia?

Why does my payment report not show a separate GST amount for most transactions?

Where can I find a detailed breakdown of GST collected on my orders?

Are there any settings or requirements I need to update to ensure Amazon collects GST properly?

I appreciate any assistance!

Have to raise this here as am a new seller, account created, verified paid etc but can't open a case on my issue under Help-> Manage Support Cases. When I click on 'Create new case' it takes me to - https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/center?redirectSource=Hill and the loop continues

Meanwhile, my issues -

  • I was forced to register as a Professional account as was adviced (refer case id xxxxxxxxx) thats the only way but I can change soon after to Individual. However, In the mean time, my credit card was debited of AUD 55 and need a refund. 
  • Secondly, I want to sell as an Individual ONLY in Australia, whereas my account shows US, Canada & mexico with few activated randomly and that to as a Professional account. Please correct this. 
  • Further, under 'Manage Your Services' under 'Account overview' it shows my availabillity in multiple companies, please correct all of them as suggested above. To reiterate, I am selling from/ to ONLY Australia.
  • Likewise, this confusion carries through everywhere. For instance when I am listing a new product, when I reach the pricing section it's USD instead of AUD. Then when I check on top left, next to Amazon Seller Central, I see the country is US. No way I can change any of this

Very enjoyable for a newbie, no pun intended but some indication of what lies ahead on this journey

I am trying to connect my Australian store to my other account but my newly opened Australian account here is showing that I need to take care of these as registration is pending in other countries. Therefore, I could not complete the merging process. Can you inactivate my accounts outside of Australia? I do not want them to be seen as pending.
