Hello,

I’ve tried to add my ABN multiple times but I keep getting emails saying my ABN could not be verified. My ABN is active as shown in ABN lookup website. I’ve entered the details correctly as well.

I’ve spoken with someone at the ABN office and they said everything looks good from there end. Please fix this asap as it’s distressing

I am an India-based Amazon Global Seller, and we are planning to expand our business to the Australia marketplace (amazon.com.au). Our intention is to sell from India and store our inventory at Amazon's FBA fulfillment centers in Australia to fulfill local customer orders.

We would like to know:

Is GST (Goods and Services Tax) registration mandatory for a non-resident seller like us to start selling on Amazon Australia using FBA?

Looking forward to valuable insights from experienced sellers or Amazon support members.

Hi

when i create my account i have shown id with name which wasn't my full but it was still legal name as per my id and got approved, as i am going to add my tax details into seller account which has been created as per my complete name and also my bank account and Licence has been update with full name.

so i need an advice, do i need to reverify with amazon team, as i have ask amazon associate and they mention i can update my profile name first then add/update bank and tax details.

i need an reassurance and advice if somone has been in similar situation.

please assist as there is nothing wrong but still hesitate to update

Hi all

We are being charged monthly fees x 2.

They are charging our credit card and then also deducting the fee again when paying for orders. There is no contact information for queries.

Does anyone know how I can contact them to get this sorted?

I received email from amazon au that was saying we have temporarily placed your selling account in an inactive status. while inactive, your listing will remain active and your disbursement will continue as scheduled. However, you are temporarily unable to make updates to your listings or account settings, and you will stop receiving amazon communications that are not relevant or actionable while your account is inactive. this action does not impact your account health. This email is harmful or not ?

It is valid international Credit Card and right country and address for the card

"Unable to charge We are not able to charge your account. Assign a valid charge method to restore full access to your seller account. "

Hello,

I recently received confirmation that the Two-Step Verification (2SV) for my Amazon.co.jp seller account was successfully disabled, and access was restored. However, I am still receiving a "Not Authorized" error when attempting to log in to my Amazon.co.jp Seller Central account.

Currently, I can only access forums and general Amazon pages via Amazon.com.au, but not the Japan marketplace.

I also have an active order visible in my Easy Envanter system, and I need access to fulfill it before the deadline.

Please advise how I can resolve this login issue and regain full access to my seller account.
