non-existent transparency serial numbers and barcodes issue

I'm in desperate need of help. I represent a Family owned Fine Bath and Kitchen Gallery showroom with three locations, and we're encountering a nightmare with Amazon.

We purchase directly from brands, no middlemen. However, when trying to list our recent inventory on Amazon, we're stuck. Amazon insists on transparency serial numbers and barcodes, which our products don't have. Even the brand confirms this.

We've spent all day on the phone with Amazon support, but it's been utterly unhelpful. To top it off, we would be faced with restocking fees for inventory we can't list. Does anyone have a solution or workaround for this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @Seller_jJUEzMgMBhSm7

Thank you for reaching out!

Do you by chance have a case ID from Support that you could send me to investigate? I would love to take a look at the ASIN/Brand information but I'm having a hard time tracking down a case!
