Urgent: No Response from Amazon on Compliance Review - Case id: 2962144593

It has now been 115 days, and my listing is still blocked for compliance review. My ASIN (B0DH3YP38K) on Amazon Australia has been inactive. This has severely impacted my sales, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no resolution or timeline for review completion.

I submitted the required compliance documents on March 5th, yet my case remains pending with no updates. I have contacted Seller Support and Account Health multiple times, but each time, I receive the same generic response:

"We have contacted the concerned team; you will hear back from us soon."

However, nothing has been resolved.

I am requesting urgent action on this matter. 115 days is an unreasonable delay for a compliance review. Please escalate this case and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

Thank you for your post.

I contacted the team about your issue and they seem to have not received your document through seller central. Can you check if you have already done this?

They also advised me to let you know that you will have to send it through seller central, and don't attach the document to a mail.
