Only Approved For Some Variants

I went through the process to get approval for a product that we are now selling through FBA and it only shows active for 3 of the variants. It still shows incomplete for the other one's and there's no way for me to apply to sell the other sizes. One of the sizes is a separate listing so that could be the issue but the other 3 variants are in the same listing. I was approved for the 1000 count variant but not the 100 count. Can someone please help me with this issue. I tried seller support chat and they couldn't help me.
