No Seller Support From Amazon

My account is deactivated. I have already completed my video verification and provided all relevant documents. But after video verification, I received an email that my provided documentation is forged or manipulated. What documentation do they want me to provide. I Submitted appeals many times in seller central, provided updated invoices again but still account is deactivated, and I am getting message that we don't have enough information to activate your account. I am a new seller and there is no support from Amazon Seller Support team this is very frustrating, there is no option of seller support in the seller central page, and no one is replying to my emails and when I try to contact them they just redirect me to New submission page. I mean come on, at least tell me what do you want from me? I am a beginner, and I don't even know what to do next and what documents do you want me to provide. Would I have to book another appointment, or would I have to provide additional documents? If yes, where should I upload those documents? Very Disappointed my investment is stuck and no one is bothering to help me. @Julia_Amazon@Winston_Amazon@Maja_Amazon
