Bank Account not charged

Hello

I set up my professional seller account in June and was charged $49.19. Over the past two months, my account has not been charged the fee. I contacted my bank and amazon and both say my account is active. However why would I not be charged? I have not yet listed a product on Amazon, would this be the reason?

Amazon does not (except in dire measures) charge your bank account -- the bank account you must provide is used for payments from Amazon.

At the time of a scheduled payout, if you owe Amazon, that money will be charged against the credit card you have on file.
