Utility Bill Verification

Hi,

I have been submitting a bill for verification as required by amazon.

Previously I had other address for which I did not have any utility bill so I changed my address for which I have utility bill. After changing of address amazon dispatched my post card for OTP and upon entering it my address got verified.

Now I am submitting a utility bill which matches to the business address mentioned on seller central and still my utility bill is rejecting in 5 to 10 minutes of uploading.

Please guide me what can I do.

Does all the information match EXACTLY? Name and address have to be exactly the same as to what you used for your Amazon account.

For example: Doe's market 123 Smith Rd, is not the same as Doe's Market 123 Smith Road.

It is a authentic bill downloaded by my service providers website

Print the bill, scan it or take a photo and submit that rather than the one downloaded directly from the provider's website. Those sometimes contain metadata that the Amazon bots don't like.
