Hi!!
I got 18 Product Policy Compliance Violations, ( trademark MISUSE)
Intellectual Property Violation> We've identified this listing may be using unauthorized intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, or logos, on the product detail page. All listings, regardless of status, are reviewed for potential misuse of intellectual property.
If your listing has 'Edit' as a next step, please edit it to ensure you are not misusing any trademarks. Once your listing is corrected, it will automatically be reinstated. Please allow 24 hours for reinstatement.

what should i do, now? i have already checked again in detail. the account is in 198 at risk.

From the information you have provided, I see that you have received 18 violations for trademark misuse and even though you have edited the listing, the changes have not reflected. For the seller forums community and I to better assist, I would like to ask you a few questions and share resources with you as well.
Per our intellectual property policy for sellers, all sellers must comply with all federal, state and local laws and amazon policies and may not violate the IP rights of brands or other rights owners. The 3 main types of IP rights are copyright, trademark and patent.
Do you have permission from the brand or rights owner to use their trademark in your listing? It is very important to have a letter of authorization or a licensing agreement from them. When you have those documents, you have permission to use their trademark. The requirements are:
- 'Licensor'–The company/brand providing the rights to intellectual property
- 'Licensee'–The company/brand receiving the rights to use the intellectual property.
- ‘Grant’–The intellectual property being licensed and the scope of rights granted
- ‘Geographic Scope’–The specific territory or territories where use is authorized (may be worldwide)
- ‘Term’–The duration of the authorization (may be perpetual)
To address the violation, you would need to edit the listing, or use verbiage such as " compatible with" or "for" in the listing. Intellectual property policy for sellers - FAQ about Trademarks has formats you may use to when you edit your listings.
