Amazon MX charges
Hi everyone.
I sell things that I made and only want to sell in the US. that is my intention. When I signed up for Amazon, some how I got 3 markets, US, MX and Canada. I put MX market to VACATION. Today I got an email from Amazon.MX telling me to pay them $257.55. This is insane because I never sell anything or want to have anything to do with this market.
I wrote to them an email and the email got bounce back. What can I do? Please help.

Somehow, everybody is getting these three markets..... because that's an unified account. You cannot have only ONE. But you can chose to not sell in Mexico and Canada.

It sounds like you are just beginning and didn't sell anything yet. Maybe that is not an email coming from Amazon. Normally they don't send emails to request money, but they take it straight away from the sales or from the credit card. Look what you see in the "Transactions" tab under "Payments". If you see nothing, create a case under "Help" and ask.
