I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding a significant issue impacting my account and business operations.
My inventory has been stranded, and all of my ASIN listings have been rendered inactive. The cause of this predicament, as stated in the "fix stranded inventory" section, is "ACCOUNT NOT FULLY ONBOARDED," and it is also mentioned that "Your listings are temporarily inactive while they are being prepared for this marketplace."
It is perplexing as I have successfully completed the identity verification process and even received the confirmation email. However, despite this successful verification, my account status remains as "Inactive (Listings not available for sale on Amazon)." This situation is understandably causing significant disruption to my operations and potential loss of sales.
I have made repeated attempts to rectify this situation through multiple channels, and all they say is that they will call the SIV team but the SIV team keeps sending this message: “We cannot provide support on this matter because your request is not related to seller identity verification or related processes.”
I’m sending screenshots that show my account INACTIVE, a message saying that there is an issue with the Seller Identity Verification of your selling account. So, the SIV team must take action ASAP as I don’t have a reactivation link to click.
I am earnestly requesting your immediate intervention to address this critical issue. Could you kindly provide an explanation for this anomaly and assist me in restoring my sales rights? Your timely assistance and resolution of this matter will greatly facilitate the continued operation of my business.
My account is HEALTHY, I am able to add products and ship them to Amazon which is charging me all the FEES while my account is inactive. It must be solved urgently.
