Can't seem to create listing without External Product ID
I'm new to selling on Amazon. Created seller account 1 week ago and tried listing but can't seem to get through the external ID. I followed instruction and applied multiple ID exemption. Got approved but still gave me the same errors. (Note: I didn't have to fill any form, the system just said my exemption application was approved)
Fast forward to today, I got an email to verify my seller account so I did that and tried listing again. Still the same error but this time the link to apply for exemption doesn't show up when I click "I don't have a Product ID"
Do I need to pay for GS1 to get the GTIN to list on Amazon? It's expensive $150 for 10 codes.
Please help...

Thank you for reaching out with your question. It looks like you are already approved for GTIN exemption for office products so you should be able to create a listing without a UPC or other product identifier. If you are still having this error can you please reach out to Seller Support with these details.
