As mentioned, I closed your other thread but I would like to provide you with some information you may find helpful in this one. We are unable to contact you directly from the forum but I will share links with you from Seller Central.
Seller University has a lot of documents and tutorial videos available to help you on your selling journey. On the left hand side of the page it is best to start with the Prepare to Sell section. The system will bring you through the steps and you can choose which areas you wish to focus on.

I have been selling on Amazon for almost a year. My last payment transfer was cancelled by Amazon without notification. I have thousands of items in FBA storage and sell a decent amount each day. It is now about 1 month since any money has been available, and there is no answer to my request of why my money is being all held by amazon with not $1 being available to transfer. Amazon are holding about $14, 000 right now with no explanation. I am not able to talk to anyone. My account is running and money is being collected by Amazon and nothing is released to me. You will never be able to talk to anyone other than an Indian call centre so just be aware.
