Why we are getting promotional rebates Charges?
We are not running any promotions and no coupons and we are getting "promotional rebates" charges. The Amz rep told me that that happens when customer select free shipping but why the fee is deducted from our account. Not sure what he means but I have sold this product for the past 15 years and we only get charge when we run promotions.
