Why were my purchased Vine reviews deleted without any reason?
I purchased the Vine service for 3 ASINs. Unfortunately, a total of 9 reviews across these products have disappeared. I would like to inquire why, despite launching the Vine service, reviews generated through your own service can be deleted. Or is it possible that your system's automatic scan mistakenly removed these reviews? Furthermore, I'm concerned about the reliability of your system's automatic review-reading mechanism. How can it be considered adequate for use if it's so flawed? I spent a lot of money on the Vine service, and just like that, my reviews are deleted, and all I get is a simple apology??

You say you purchased the Vine service for 3 ASINs, and nine reviews disappeared. I just checked two of your active ASINs and both are showing Vine reviews. Can you provide any further information? Perhaps a Case number for the issue so I can look into this further for you.
