My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am guessing you know the process and that a seller posting about a competitor product is considered an Inappropriate product review. My recommendation is to continue to report, but use the verbiage from the link to describe what is taking place in your situation.
Admittedly, I do not have experience submitting these reports so I am hoping some other sellers jump in here yo provide their experiences.

You won't get any help from Amazon against not FAKE reviews which are basically impossible to remove. They will just template a reply to you. It makes you go to the page to report it, and the page report actually requires a certain number of reports before an investigation can be initiated, so give up.
