Account Deactivated for 6 months

My account has been deactivated for the past 6 months because they think that my moms old amazon account is related to me... I've explain over and over that her account has no association to my account. I given them the documents that I could think of to help my case but all they do is say that I dont have enough anything infomation provided to reactivate my account. I don't know what more to do to get my account back. Its been 6 months with no account...

You'll need to get your mom's account reactivated. If an account is suspended, ALL linked accounts will be suspended.

And considering that it's your mom, pretty hard to say that there is no link

They don't think but they have proof of that fact since you used the same wifi.

You have to fix your mom's deactivated account, only THEN your account will come to life again. Then you would better close your mom's account to avoid any confusion in the future.

I do see here that you have posted a few times in the past on the same issue. As previously mentioned and as noted by @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw, at this time you will need to ensure that your moms account has recovered from their account deactivation to be eligible for reactivation.

The only information that could've possibly been the same is the address.

This is a quote from your other thread advising that the connection could be an address. This comes with a laundry list of reasons why there could be an association. Due to the close and family relation to your mom, it's likely the associated information is personal and not business thus no documentation could support a separation. Thus as noted when you're moms account has been reinstated, you will be eligible for reactivation.

If you would like guidance on her deactivation, please post her account deactivation notice so we can help work on that situation to be eligible for reactivation.

I do need to call out the repeated solicitation done by @Seller_mSOku66YeEpDa, here and over a number of other threads. This is a direct violation of our community guidelines and not only places sellers accounts at risk but also poses a financial risk if used, the use of these services is strongly not advised. We cannot protect or support you should something happen externally.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Hello Guys,

Im new to Amazon. I joined over about three months ago. Amazon have deactivated my Seller Fulfilled Merchandise and have frozen all my disbursements. I cannot release any money that I have put into this as they keep sending me the same generic email stating that they require proof of delivery etc etc. I have provided them with all the tracking information on USPS, UPS, etc etc and the tracking information shows that the package was delivered, where it was delivered to, the time of delivery etc. However, Amazon keep refusing to reinstate my FBM and have said that no funds will be released until proof of delivery. Has anyone any further info about why Amazon wont allow me to access FBM ans access the money that I earned through selling on the platform?? They keep saying that they dont have enough information to reactivate my account? So basically they are saying that USPS and the likes are lying when you track a parcel and it says delivered because that's not enough prrof of delivery for them? This seems to be very fishy and suspicious! I think they are purposely doing this to accounts and holding onto the money!!!
