Amazon Global Logistics question
I finally signed up for AGL and it was a real pain. Took 4 tries, and finally someone called and walked me through it. When I was finally accepted, I placed a shipping order from my supplier in China. I checked the box that they would drop it off, DDP to the Ningbo port address. THEN, Amazon does not supply any information for drop off. I have emailed several times, and asked a few different people and no one seems to know the answer! It seems fairly obvious that this information should be readily available to us. It's SO important! My product is ready and waiting and my supplier is waiting. I'm so frustrated with this whole process. Does anyone have an answer for me?

This question has been asked a few times in the past by different sellers in the forums, you can view one of the threads here.
In order to ship items to an Amazon FC, you will need to create a shipment within Seller Central using the Send to Amazon workflow, and then provide that information to your factory. You can use this link to review the process details.
