video call appointment section 3

Hello,

I was called to video call appointment to verify identity in accordance with section 3 agreement.

I joined to video call and amazon representative told me “he will ask some documents via mail and sent those documents“ .

I got an e-mail from no-reply@amazon.com about documents but there is no upload or send button at account health page to send documents. Again there is no mentioned e-mail address to sent to.

tell me which e-mail address should I sent to please. Or How to send?

Additionaly,

Amazon requested a video call appointment again today after the video call I made yesterday in accordance with section 3. i got same e-mail and same link to reserve a time. The link I used to make an appointment says "You have either already completed the survey or your session has expired." What should I do?
