Restricted Products Removal---violation of Amazon’s Children’s Jewelry policy
We got a Notification of Restricted Products Removal because of violating Amazon's Children's Jewelry Policy, three asin was removed, it's make no sense.
we are selling adult's jewelry, most of women jewelry, like engagement ring, wedding ring, earrings and bracelet.
A month ago, some products received Compliance Requirements of upsc_childrens_jewelry_US-merchant, but as I said, we are not selling children jewelry, so we had to appreal these requirements does not apply to my product. All appreals was approved, Amazon told me my product does not fall under the Product Category Children's Jewelry therefore compliance documents are not required for this Product Category.
So, When amazon admited my product do not fall under category children's Jewelry, but removed my prodcut by this reason. WHY?
Can anyone explain and help me to bring my asin back? Many thanks
