Supplier
Hello Guy's @CR_Amazon @Jim_Amazon @Stevie_Amazon @SEAmod @KJ_Amazon @Jaijai_AMZ_136 @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp @Micah_Amazon @Atlas_Amazon @Dougal_Amazon
I'm very Tense About the Amazon Team Behavior(Who are Verifying Our Invoices).
So basically the issue is I Purchased an inventory from a Supplier that is Verified by Brand and the Amazon Team also accepts their invoice when I Receive the Customer Authenticity Complaint.
Now When My Account is Deactivated because of the Product Authenticity Issue they are not accepting the same invoice that they first accepted, I Understand it also depends on the case by case but now when they reject my invoice I call the seller support team they tell me that your supplier is not verified and we didn't accept their invoice and also not their any documents like Letter of Authorization Or Warranty Letter of the Product Authenticity, Also I have these Documts and I submit these Documents with Proof Of Delivery, Explanation, and Clarification about an invoice, Plan of Action, bank statement of the Purchased inventory but Again receive the same Reply " we didn't receive the Sufficient information to reactivate the account" and when I call again to the seller support team the same answer your supplier is not verified.
The invoice is According to the Amazon Policy. Now I'm tired of explaining every single thing. The supplier is verified by the brand but they are not accepting the invoices. Also, I have the Supply chain documents of the Supplier and the letter of Authorization which are Provided by the Brand to the Supplier. But they also rejected the Documents.
So if Amazon is not accepting that then from where we Provide other Types of Invoices. Also, there's no Platform Or anything where we can check whether Amazon accepts this supplier invoice or not.....
So Please if anyone can help with it.
The Supplier Name is Asian Beauty Wholesale.

"The Supplier Name is Asian Beauty Wholesale."
If you would have started with this name I wouldn't have bothered reading anything else.
There are MANY posts about this company and the resulting suspensions.
They are NOT an authorized distributor of 99.9% of the items on the site.
You don't say how long ago you got 'approved' or ungated for whatever items you were selling BUT Amazon continually changes the rules and what documents are needed.
Your problem is NOT unusual and it is the result of Amazon having too many different departments that review things.
Whoever or whatever department initially looked at your "invoice" might have been operating under OLD RULES (or, more likely, whoever it was did NOT know the real requirements).
Pay attention to the last section on the attachment where it says "I used to....."

Additional note .............
A YEAR AGO in your first post you had trouble because you were using "webstaurant" ANOTHER source that is NOT an authorized distributor.
You are doing things backwards.
You START by getting an LOA from the BRAND and asking the brand who they have for AUTHORIZED distributors.
I'm actually surprised that you lasted a year after being told that webstaurant is NOT authorized despite your saying that they are.

That is NOT what they want.
INVOICES
Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured
You invoice should include
• detailed list of products (at least 10 per item, Product name, model number or UPC that can be verified online)) ,
• terms of sale (net30/net60/cash..)
• must be by the brand itself or a brand authorized distributor (not a retail store for the general public, not some back door pallet seller wanna be distributor )***
• your full business name and address, as entered in seller central
• a COMPLETED transaction ( order shipped),
• suppliers full name and contact details, (e-mail, phone or both)
• Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
• Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
***Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
