Help! Two of our LTL shipments $33K value cannot be located - It has been over 100 days - We have proof delivery attached

Hello,

We shipped two LTL shipments (5 pallets total) around August 23, 2024, to ABQ2. After more than a month in transit, the shipments arrived at ABQ2, but no progress was made for weeks. On October 18, 2024, we received an email from Amazon stating that both shipments were being re-routed to HSH1 in California.

Based on the proof of delivery we received from Central Transport, the shipments were delivered to HSH1 on October 22, 2024. However, as of today, no units have been checked in, and the shipments have been marked as "CLOSED" in Seller Central due to the 90-day shipment creation rule.

The total value of these shipments exceeds $33,000, and this delay is causing significant financial strain and stress for our business, especially given that the inventory was prepared specifically for the holiday season. We opened a case, and the response indicated that a specialized team is reviewing the issue, but we have not received updates for over a week. Additionally, we are unable to open an investigation in Seller Central because the shipments show no recorded activity.

We would greatly appreciate any guidance or support to help resolve this issue promptly.
