Amazon took it up on itself to merge 2 of our products and re-label nearly 4,000 units.
Need some help with this one!
We sell Laundry Detergent Sheets.
We also sell Fabric Softener Sheets (for the washer).
The products are similar but they're not the same (obviously)!
Someone at Amazon (without conferring with us first for some kind, (any kind!) of clarification or warning), merged the 2 products together.
Then someone at Amazon re-labelled all the Fabric Softener Sheets with FNSKU labels for the Laundry Detergent Sheets.
We were able to get the 2 products un-merged so the listings are now separate (again, as they should be).
We asked Amazon to re-label the Fabric Softener Sheets back to their original (manufacturer) barcodes.
It has been nearly 6 weeks and in spite of numerous requests (Tickets, calls to Account Health team etc) for this situation to be resolved, still no progress.
Our Seller Feedback is taking a hit, return rates have sky-rocketed, our Voice of the Customer complaints are shocking and we're worried we'll end up with the dreaded "this product has a high return rate" badge.
Please, someone at Amazon, sort this out.

though costly and time consuming, would it be more worthwhile as a one off to do a removal order and do it yourself and resend back?
