My shipment arrived at the warehouse with a signature certificate, but the warehouse says there is no record of receipt?

My shipment has arrived at the FBA warehouse, I have the electronic reservation voucher and the packing list, the shipment background shows that my shipment has been registered and received, but there is no product found, the warehouse said that there is no expected record of receiving the shipment, may I ask what should I do?

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help! I took a look at your cases and communication with support. Unfortunately, it looks like the team did everything they could do with this shipment. I cannot provide any additional guidance as they did multiple checks and investigations.

I'm so glad you got back to me,

My question is what should I do now?

1. Or what other proof is required?

The loss of a piece this time caused me to meet a lot of resistance in promoting the product plan,

2. So now you mean you can't deal with this problem?

My lost shipment went to the same container as the other two shipments. Now the other two shipments have arrived and been on the shelves for a long time, but this lost shipment has not been found. This container can only be dismantled at the Amazon warehouse.

3. If this is not found, is there any compensation?
