Hello Amazon´s Seller,
The past March, 16th Finally I got an email from Amazon Support with "Great news" My account is available to sell,.., after I sent personal information, then a explication of what kind of business and finally they asked a business plan, Of course, i sent to them.
SURPRISE! my account isn´t activate yet...
someone have the same issue?

Did you open a case with Seller Support? If so, post the case ID here. You'll probably need a Community Manager's help. If you haven't yet opened a case, do that now.

I understand your account has been deactivated and, despite receiving information that it was reactivated, there has not yet been a reactivation.
As @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ has requested, please provide any case IDs you have if possible. Did you receive a performance notification for the reason for the deactivation?

Update: April, 10th 2024It´s very frustrating didn´t get an specific answer to a question, the Support of Amazon send what ever they find in manual and don´t read the issue, case or information that i asked.

Finally a person in Amazon´ Support redad the issue and provide information related with the problem, in this answer to me they recognize the problem.
I believe this is the first real step to get a solution.
I´m waiting for new answer because the options that sent to me isn´t available.

This is bizarrre. What are they really asking?
There has to be some code phrase that they are looking for.. Remember, these are at best instuctions-on-the-bottom-of-the-boot type people or possibly bots. They can't really evaluate a business plan.
OP: is FBA part of your business plan? That might be what they are looking for.

Unfortunately, Amazon´s customer Service did not answer the issue, there´re no reason for keep inactive the account (At least for me). No messages in Performance notification, a lot of capture sent to the Customer Service (handling by Boots) where show it the only reasonable answer got it.
I have decided close the account in next hours.
