Please help - Invalid Credit Card Bug

We have been selling on Amazon for six months without issues. Yesterday when trying to log in to the account we got a message saying "Credit Card Invalid" restricting us from any access to the account.

We have been using the same credit card since the start without any issues. The credit card meets all the requirements, is active (just checked with the Bank) and we have not made any changes to the number nor details. It was suddenly marked as invalid. This is a real Visa credit card, no debit nor pre-paid.

We tried changing to another credit card and got the same invalid message. We don't have access to our account and are in the middle of a product launch.

Can anyone help please? @amazonsupport

Have you tried changing back to the original card?

I have had similar issues that were resolved by switching to another card and then switching right back...but you have to wait 24 hours after you do.

Have you tried changing back to the original card?
