Solve the puzzle and verify that you are human

Hi, When I was consulting a case, the final step showed that I needed to "solve the puzzle, verify that you are human", but no puzzle appeared. I am unable to complete the verification and have been unable to open the case. How can I solve this situation

I am having this issue as well. Is there a resolution to this problem? I have missing inventory that I need resolved.
