Amazon Charging more referral fee from us as compared to competitors
We are being charged 14.5% referral fee for our ASIN under computer category. But amazon says that the referral fee for consumer electronics is 8%.

The seller support keeps on responding that our referral fee is correct and they cannot check the competitors' referral fee.
If our fee is correct then why the competitors' are being charged less fee? This has caused us to sell in loss because our prices will not be competitive with them.

You need to fix the issue yourself. It's not an Amazon issue. It's because your ASIN is listed in the wrong product category so you need to get that fixed:
Consumer Electronics (excluding Mobile Phone Handsets) 8%
Electronics Accessories 14.5% for the portion of the total sales price up to $60, and 13.5% for any portion of the total sales price greater than $60
