Contacting HUMAN Seller Support on Phone - AMAZON SUPPORT = NO SUPPORT

Once again Amazon Seller “Support” are of NO SUPPORT.

I feel like banging my head off the wall every time I try to get a simple issue resolved. It appears that everything is being run out of an Indian Call centre, and a BOT is running the office with NO understanding of the issues we raise. Theyy love a "GENERIC "cut and paste" solution that does nothing to resolve the issue.

I'm based in Victoria. Does anyone know if there is a direct phone number or email for an area manager or similar I can contact / complain to in an attempt to get my issue resolved?

I have raised so many tickets and they say - this is not the right department - but there is no right department. they have a seller facing "[CONTACT SUPPORT] button to request a phone call that NEVER CONNECTS.

I have raised other tickets and they say - its been transferred to another department who will contact you shortly - and surprise, surprise they never do. Then the ticket expires.

Honestly, for the amount we pay in fees etc the so called Seller Support is beyond terrible.

There should be a National ombudsman inquiry into the operations of Seller Support on Amazon Australia.

I am facing closing my 6 figure account and going bankrupt due to these failings - thanks Amaaon Australia.

If things are really serious, try calling the account health team.

Sometimes that can work and they can put you through to someone who can assist.
