I just confirmed with our AWD partner team that there was an issue affecting that step of the process. That issue has been corrected, and sellers can now complete that step.

The team instructs sellers to revisit any shipments they had created to download the labels. Please let me know if you are still seeing any issues, but the process should be running smoothly.
