Warehouse from BWU2 to BWU1

Hi,

I am a new seller and would like to deliver my products directly with my car to the BWU1 warehouse to save shipment costs, however, I do not have the option to change from BWU2. What should I do? Can I still take my boxes to BWU1 without the shipping label? I just have 60 individual small packets all together.

Regards

You should pack your 60 items into a sturdy box and leave it to a professional to take to Amazon. You'll save yourself a lot more hassle than what it is worth.

You cannot change the warehouse an FBA shipment is going to. You can try and void/regenerate the workflow to see if you get offered a different warehouse, but there isn't an official "reselect" mechanism.

Hi @Seller_0UX577jg3Jg89

If your shipping plan says that you have to send to BWU2, this is becuase you have oversize items. BWU2 is only for oversize items and BWU1 is for standard sized products.

Dropping off yourself is a great way to save on shipping costs. I believe that this is allowed for BWU2. However, BWU1 does not allow for delivery in a car or wagon or ute. Amazon stopped sellers from delivering themselves about a year ago. If you do go to BWU1 in a car, wagon or ute as a seller they will not let you in.

Also, if Amazon is saying to ship to BWU2, you need to do ship/drop of at BWU2.

There is a manual provided by Amazon to carriers regarding shipping to their fulfillment centers. I would suggest you read this.

Hope this helps.

in your case you have to contact the customer support team in advance to set up your warehouse BW1 as default then create the shipment.

There is a lot of misinformation in this thread.

BWU1 is only for oversized SKUs inbound shipments.

BWU2 is for all inbound standard SKU shipments.

You cannot hand deliver to BWU2.

And, you cannot take to BWU1 if it is a standard-sized SKU.

In summary, there is no way you can hand delver in Sydney short of hiring a commercial van for the day.
