Every time i login is says billing verification required open the case #17630728151 but still no feedback can any one help to resolve the issue

as my first payment was already deducted and also video verification is done but still i am not able to login to my account, every time it is asking me for my billing verification required, cant understand as they have already deducted $39.99 then why amazon is asking for the billing information. and also the support team they have raised the issue with internal specialist and they are doing research on the issue, if they dont have the access then what they are doing and what support they are providing us
