Hi,

My primary seller account has issue.

When I log in it shows error message

"Not Authorized

This email address isn't associated with any accounts."

Funny thing is, my employee's sub account is active.

Can any mod help me to open the case?? I cannot even open the case since sellercentral keep asks me to register.
