Amazon forces me to price lower
I manufacture my own private label products, own the trademark, brand registered, created the UPC and listings, only seller on the listings. Amazon won't allow my products to win the featured offer, even though they're the only product on the listing, unless I decrease the price so low it's not even profitable. I show Amazon that on my brand website, the prices are higher and Amazon still will not allow me to sell at a profitable price on Amazon. How can I appeal this and be able to sell my products profitably.
I've been selling on Amazon for 11 years and do $14million/year in sales, so it's frustrating this is how Amazon treats me.

Are you setting your lower and upper prices and then placing your desired price between those variables?

"How can I appeal this and be able to sell ffmy products profitably."
Doing what @Seller_LyYw7fQRKc5G7said is a start BUT be aware that Amazon, (the all seeing, all knowing) also uses 'comparable' items in their search for pricing.
Since we don't know what your product is (I'm too tired to dig to find out) if you are competing against some 'offshore' craptastic junk items you may never win the battle.

Greetings @Seller_2nHKMJRUHkO90,
In general Amazon won't be able to share specific details on concerns that a product doesn't align with the Amazon Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy, however if you provide your most recent Seller Support Case ID I can review and see if I have any further escalation paths I can assist you with. Thank you for your understanding.

I recommend checking whether other sellers are using your listing images, title, or brand to sell on other marketplaces. If unauthorized listings exist, it’s important to take them down promptly. Otherwise, Amazon may interpret the price discrepancies as unfair pricing practices, which could result in the Buy Box being removed from your listing by Amazon’s automated system.

If Amazon does not respect your prices, it's really not worth selling on this platform. There are other options.

It's garbage. Amazon bots are running wild with knocking seller BuyBox by using outside pricing which doesn't take into account seller fees and other things while also many times using incorrect data. I even have listing saying the featured offer is half the price of what I have listed and then go to the listing and there is no such offer. Then there are listings saying the recommended price should be half of what I and other sellers are selling at causing no BuyBox win on that listing.

Doesn't matter how long you have lived on Amazon, Crap is King!
The Scammers hit hard, can't take the Heat get out of the Fire, because that's what you feel on Amazon.
I understand customer is the foundation but when it's crumbling it's best for seller to get out!
Just words of wisdom.

They go by the lowest of anyone who sells a similar product.
There are those who sell 35000 seeds for $29.
I have a set of 2000 seeds for $129.
Amazon will only let me list if for $29.
Those selling the 35000 for $29 are not growing or packing in the US but India where the prices are so much cheaper. And in a lot of cases, people are complaining that the seeds are not growing or they are not as advertised.
It cost me more to produce a great USA product.

I've also been on for almost 12 years, and I've lost dozens of ASINs t this ridiculous policy. A lot of which I was the only seller on. So now customers will have to shop outside of amazon for these items.
Everything amazon does, is to hurt their sellers. NOTHING they do, EVER, is to make things better for us. Only worse. And they THINK that by doing so it's making things better for customers. But they'll see in the future that this doesn't work.
The more miserable, less profitable, and more on edge their sellers are, the less of an effort they'll make for amazon customers.
This whole price thing they're doing can be considered price fixing which is illegal. Customers always have the choice to simply not buy items they deem to be too expensive. They also have the choice to shop around.
All this is done buy robots anyway. Crappy ones
