Brand Registery

Hello All Does anyone have any Idea as i had registered my brand on USPTO and its showing Live it was done on 26th of October as i am trying to register my brand on Amazon but there is an error as : The trademark number you have entered cannot be found in the trademark office selected. If your trademark application was recently submitted, please take into consideration that it may require up to 48 hours for the change to be reflected and the synchronization with the Amazon system to be completed. Wait for the established time and create a new application.

I am even not able to get in touch with the support team for this query can anyone help please.

There is NO WAY that Amazon moves that quickly about anything. Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That (insert a number) of hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.

EVERYTHING is backed up due to all the suspensions for people that simply can't be bothered to read any rules as well as other changes that they have made regarding ‘generic’ product rules.

For Brand Registry three weeks is getting pretty close to resolution time in MOST cases though some take even longer.

Honestly if anything less than two to three weeks is 'too long' you are going to have a very stressful AND disappointing time on Amazon.

They are well known for making a snail look fast.

Hi @Seller_8xPRL2VFiQHN2,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist. Have you opened a case with either seller support or Brand Registry support yet?

If not, please do that first and be sure to include your TM #, that is filed with USPTO and the date which your application was submitted. Seller Support will then provide that to the relevant team to investigate and work towards a fix.

IF you have already opened a case, please provide that case ID here and I will review and escalate as needed.

Best, Dougal
