seller central australia is not selecting
Hi everyone i am new on Amazon
I will try my best to explain the issue as clear as possible with step by step.
The Problem: I am unable to register into Amazon Australia Marketplace
I have attached screenshots of the steps I take to register into Australia marketplace (I named the screenshots in numerical format starting from 1).
I will explain the steps:
1. Starting from Amazon homepage (Dashboard)
2. I select ’Sell Globally’
3. Under Asia Pacific tab - Select Australia - and select ’Create a Australia selling account’
4. I am then taken to ’select a Merchant and marketplace’ - There is no option to select Australia to begin the registration
Requested solution/desired outcome
- To be able to register for Amazon Australia
Steps taken:
- I have used different browsers Safari and google chrome - no resolutio
- I have completed all Amazon Registration for all other marketplaces
- Even verified my Marketplace is an active status
Please can someone help me resolve my problem
