Hello! Help Required Please.

I am a new seller on Amazon. In the beginning of my selling all the orders were getting payment confirmed and accepted within a few hours and there was no issue.

But since last 6 day I have received 14 orders and all of them have been awaiting payment verification. Seller Support told me that the only reason is that the payment method is not getting verified by Amazon but I find it strange because if that were the case then it would not and should be for all the customers, only some.

My main point of concern is that I have spent over $212 on PPC in last 6 days and all the orders I received are pending. If they are not accepted within 21 days then Amazon will cancel all of the orders and I will lose all my money spent on PPC and also I have no surety of when the payments will start getting completed for new orders from now onwards.

If the same persists then I will lose a massive amount of investment. I am a new seller on Amazon and I can't afford such big losses on this kind of problems. I know that we have to make some investment in the beginning but this issue is completely out of the box.

Please guide.
