Our Brand Name was incorrectly banned due to "Trademark Infringement Violation" - Please Help
Our Brand Name was incorrectly banned due to "Trademark Infringement Violation"; even though we have received no Policy Violation Warnings and no information pertaining to how we violated this policy. We asked Seller Central Support to tell us what we did that violated the policy, and the response from Amazon has been the following:
"We have decided, in accordance with the Category, Product and Content Restrictions policy and section 17 of Amazon's Business Solution Agreement, to prohibit ASINs with this brand name on Amazon due to suspected Intellectual Property infringement. Also, as per Amazon policy, we cannot tell you what is the exact infringement and violation of your brand."
This is a tremendous financial loss for us and we have run into the Amazon wall of automated responses and no desire to help us fix the problem.
Other than writing off to the Jeff Bezos Team, can anyone give us a ray of hope to get our brand reinstated?

Jeff Bezos is no longer in charge.
You certainly cannot "fix the problem" and have to chose another brand name for your products. It is possibly violating the IP rights of someone else. If you want a neutral opinion tell us your brand name.
Why is it a "tremendous financial loss" for you? Did you already sell under this brand on Amazon?
