Amazon lost All items in the shipment
Hi All,
I sent a box of 25 items, $57 selling price each, to Amazon FBA a month ago. Amazon system made me send it to Alberta from Ontario. Amazon got it in YEG1 warehouse and then transferred it right back to Ontario, YOO1 warehouse.
Now, they can not locate ANY items in the box. I am telling them that the box could not have been empty. You have a proof of weight from the shipper - UPS. I am not even sure Ontario warehouse received it. They do not provide any details.
Is it normal for them just to transfer the whole box without counting the units?
What should I do now? Please help.
Thank you.

Hi @Seller_bk9eqh4nLefmM,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help! Even though an item is being shown as received in the inventory ledger this does not necessarily mean the item has been fully unpacked and all the units accounted for. If a box is intending to be transferred to another FC we will scan that box and send it through the system without unpacking it. When the item is received at its final destination FC that is when the units are unpacked and Sellers can reconcile their shipment.
I would follow the normal shipment reconciliation process.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Best,
Dominic
