Is a compliance document necessary if we are working on Amazon as a wholesale model, or not? Why is a compliance document necessary even if we haven't created any listings? Think of it like driving on a public road; just because you can afford to buy a car does NOT mean you have the right to operate it on a public road UNTIL you receive a driver's license. IF you drive without one and are caught, the penalties are severe.
This is very similar to Selling on Amazon. You MUST learn the "Rules of the road" here BEFORE you get "Pulled-over" and have your "License suspended".
