Trademark violation issue

I've been stuck in an endless loop with the catalog team and it is very frustrating. I have a pocket knife called Invictus. I received a IP violation saying my product is violating the trademark for the wordmark "Invictus" that is registered under class 003 and is for Perfumery, [ shaving and ] aftershave preparations, [ cosmetics, ] deodorants for personal use [, non-medicated skin care preparations, non-medicated bath preparations and toilet soaps ]

There is not even a remote relation between my knife and the perfume so I don't believe there to be a IP violation. While the product is old and not being sold anymore, I'm more concerned about my account health and the impact this violation has on it.

It is a Latin word and not made up by the perfume brand and there are other trademarks in other classes for it, so I believe this is an absolute wrong issue created on my account. I could just delete the listing on the knife name but it's not fair that I am being wrongly arm twisted into doing that. What can I do?

I would mention that Amazon is not a place for fairness. I would do what you mentioned.

Can you advise or clarify if this is a suspected, or received violation? Suspected violations could be a misuse of "Invictus", with these situations I recommend reviewing our trademark: FAQ help page for guidance on some of our listing requirements to ensure the brand is accurately represented only in the appropriate places to prevent misuse of other brands.

Additionally, if this was a received complaint that the brand or rights owner issued, we would need to show proof of the authorization to use the brand, or removal depending on the type of complaint received. I will also suggest reviewing our intellectual property policy for sellers for more guidance on these situations.
