wrong courrier selected

Does anyone know if there's a way to change the courier when sending a shipment to an Amazon warehouse? I accidentally selected the Amazon service pickup, which is cheaper ($4.99), and the selected courier was ARAMEX. As most of you probably know, ARAMEX has a terrible reputation. It’s been four days, and no one has shown up to pick up the box. It's nearly impossible to reach them—they put you on hold for hours without answering. They even have a 1-star rating on Google.

I’m trying to change the courier to Auspost, but I can’t update the tracking number. What should I do in this case?

I totally agree with you. Aramex is just so unreliable. My package has been sitting at my door for a whole week and they still haven't come to collect it. I think I'm going to lose a bunch of Christmas orders.

You would need to regenerate the FBA Shipment and select the non-Amazon Partnered Courier to change it, followed by picking Australia Post. The fixed cost of the PaCP (Aramex) courier is not applicable to Australia Post though, and you will need to fund the shipping.

In my experience, Aramex has been really good, but we have an existing relationship with them and they have been a part of our approach to business for years. I have not experienced this problem at all, but I also have them visit daily.

I would also comment that all couriers have low review scores, because people who have problems are motivated to leave negative reviews, while people who have positive experiences have no motivation to leave a review.

As a side note - Amazon, I really should be able to abbreviate Partnered Carrier Pickup on the forums lol.

not saying Aramex is good but one issue I had when first using this service, was the Amazon system wasn't generating the pickup addresses correctly. Check yout label - for example mine had my correct address and suburb EXCEPT the postcode was 3000

Avoid the cheap option with Aramex at all costs! ARAMEX are unreliable for pick up/delivery for deliveries big or small. Try opening up a Sendle account and use couriers please. They're much more responsive and can be faster.

Last year I used Aramex and they lost 2 boxes of stock, resulting in over $2000 lost sales prior to Christmas and the other box arrived over 2 months later into Melb1. I lodged an insurance claim with them and got a partial refund for the lost goods and nothing for the delayed delivery. In their opinion, it was delivered - albeit more than 2 months later, missing crucial Christmas sales!

You'd think that as an Amazon partner they'd be faster and more reliable. Sure, they're a margin of the price to send direct to Amazon warehouses, but I avoid now at all costs, as they're totally unreliable.

As another posted, you'll need to cancel this shipment plan and create a new one. Don't waste your time waiting for them.
