Sending to AWD

We are trying to send our goods for the first time using AWD. The shipment is to be picked up from our US 3PL warehouse by an Amazon-partnered carrier, consisting of 34 non-stackable pallets. However, the shipment plan limits us to 26 non-stackable pallets or 52 stackable pallets. There is no information on the Help page about this limitation.

We submitted case ID 15813341921 two days ago but have not received a response. After following up via chat today, I was informed that there is indeed a limitation on the quantities mentioned above. However, there is no direct way to contact the AWD team, so the representative was only able to relay what they were told. There are no official guidelines, links, or documentation provided regarding this configuration.

How is this program supposed to work? Do we need to create separate shipment plans for every 26 non-stackable pallets?

Hello @Seller_cGR96tcaTlGHD Thank you for visiting the forums and asking about AWD.

I checked Case 15813341921 and see that you received an answer to your question about pallets since you posted it here:

As per the update, you can send only up to 26 non-stackable pallets in a single shipment when using an Amazon partnered carrier. If you would like to send more than 26 pallets, it should be re-configured as stackable (max: 52 stackable pallets); otherwise you can create a new shipment for the remaining non stackable pallets.

Please let me know if this answered your question or if you have more questions about this or anything AWD.
