Hello my fellow sellers! I'm new to selling on Amazon and I was wondering what is the best way to get a Letter of Authorization from a brand so I can list their products on Amazon. And do I need a Letter of Authorization for every brand that I sell on Amazon?

There are two product lists to be aware of. The first is brands you can't sell at all on amazon, period. (like Nike)
Then there is the list of brands that require a letter of authorization from the brand that specifies amazon sales. This is usually only granted to businesses large enough that they are buying in bulk from the brand already and would have this in hand. So its pretty much you won't be able to sell a brand from this list either.
If the brand isn't on either list it may be worth you contacting them and finding out what their minimum purchases are to get registered as a distributor. Some of these are as low as 10k. Be sure to get a letter of authorization for amazon at that point as its only a matter of time before it gets on the whitelist program as well.
Nothing you buy retail can be resold. That is a "counterfeit" product under the new rules and you risk having your account permanently deactivated with all money and any FBA products confiscated.
