Unable to Charge your Card
Hello! I am a new seller and 2 days ago I got a message that my account needs re-activation due to inactivity (I updated my listing only a week ago and was ready to ship my products).
I went to my account for re-activation and I only got an option to update the CHARGE METHOD. I have tried using 3 different cards but I still get an error message - "Unable to charge your account"
I called my bank multiple times and they have mentioned that AMAZON is whitelisted for my account and they let the charge from Amazon pass through but Amazon is rejecting the transaction.
I can not even write to Amazon Support, when I try, I get the message that "the account you are trying to access is inactive". How do I resolve this??

Do you have a valid credit card on file (not a debit card)?
