MORE AMAZON RIDICULOUSNESS
This is total [edited by moderator] From amazon. We have 5 packages, that were shipped with AMAZON SHIPPING, and they arrived late, The were shipped on either the exact day or even a day earlier then requested by amazon. AMAZON is till holding it against our OTD* SEE BELOW*
"To avoid impact on the On-Time Delivery Rate metrics, you have to avail Automated Handling Time (AHT) and Shipping Settings Automation (SSA) enabled on your shipping template, and purchase an ‘OTDR protected” shipping label through Amazon Buy Shipping to ship a package, then if the package arrives late, it will not be counted against the OTDR metric. Amazon has a high confidence in OTDR when you use all three of these tools together and, because Amazon is making calculations that affect OTDR, you will not be impacted if there is a late delivery if all three tools were used for that order."
Which is Nonsense, We used amazon shipping, but don't have automated handling time, because amazon then forces you to spend $15 on shipping for $8 dollar sale, We have 2 business day handling time set.,
Totally ridiculous, the always seem to weasel the way out of something, and never take the blame,

I understand you issue and frustration. Have you checked the tracking on those packages to see if the shipper scan them in the same day you delivered it to them? For example USPS will sometime pout package in the back send them on without scanning and it could be a few days before the packages are scanned.
look at the tracking and see what day "Package arrived at a carrier facility." shows on USPS. that's the scan Amazon should be going by
I make all my carries scan the packages at time of pickup or drop off to avoid this.

Hello @Seller_EVIhpms5t4bMV
Christine here.
Your frustration is completely understandable however as per the Amazon policies, you'll get OTDR protection from late deliveries on orders shipped using the “Standard Shipping” option in your shipping template if you use all three tools:
- Shipping Setting Automation (SSA)
- Automated Handling Time (AHT)
- Amazon Buy Shipping.
OTDR protection is only applicable on Standard Shipping and will not be applicable on Free Economy, Expedited Shipping and Premium Shipping (1-day and 2-day deliveries).
Let me know if you have any other concern or question.
Christine.
