Amazon provided Evri return label QR code not working
I am getting too many inquiries from customer that the QR code for the return label provided by Amazon is not working for Evri carrier service. recently got 2-3 claims for the same issue. I opened case as well but no resolution by Amazon. is it possible I can change my carrier service for Amazon provided return label?

I am sorry to learn that you are having issues with the Evri carrier service. Unfortunately, there is presently no way for a third party seller to select which carrier Amazon uses to generate a return mailing label.
