Phone Support not working. Request Call not working for weeks

Call will not go through. We have tried multiple call back numbers on different computers. We have also tried Call me now and Schedule a call. Chat support won't to put through a request for support to call me.

Thanks for coming to the forums, I can understand the frustration this has caused. First, I would recommend running through each of the basic troubleshooting steps (and forgive any redundancy, I've know you've tried a couple actions to resolve):

I understand you are having issues with the Call Me Now function via the Account Health page. I do have some basic troubleshooting steps for you to attempt here, if you have not already tried to do so.

  • Clear cookies and caches.
  • Disable any running scripts.
  • Logout from all Amazon account Sellers and buyers.
  • Restart the browser.
  • Try calling from a different browser.
  • Try using incognito mode of browser for calling

If the issue persists, despite following each of these steps, please let me know here and I will be happy to look into this further!
