Customer Places Multiple Orders to Get around Maximum

I have an item with a limit of 2 per order. A customer has placed two orders each with the maximum to get around the limit. Is there a time limit between orders? Can I refuse the second order, or get Amazon to cancel the order without it affecting my ODR?

No, Amazon will not cancel orders. If you cancel, then your account gets hit. Why do you want to cancel? Maybe they need more than 2.

Greetings @Seller_T0qOSBvVNLY7P,

Thank you for reaching out with your question. While you can set an Maximum Order Quantity, this only limits the number of units per individual order. Buyers can still place multiple orders for a product. In general I cannot recommend that you cancel orders, as this will impact your Cancelation Rate.

At this time there is no feature that can prevent a Buyer from making multiple orders for a product. Thank you for your understanding.
